*Our team at Lighthouse Medical Imaging is growing and we are currently looking for a highly motivated X-ray technologist for part time work at our 5 Fairview Mall Dr. location in North York*. We book x-ray patients at this location and leave room in the schedule for stat cases and walk-in chest PA immigration xrays, so as to not overburden the MRT. Modern, recently installed Delworks machine. Pleasant co-workers and flexible, understanding management team. Radiologist owned and operated, so quality is key. *AVAILABLE SHIFTS AT THIS LOCATION:* *Day shifts on Mondays* (8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 11-7 all possible) Additional *evening* and *Saturday/Sunday hours *are also on the table for applicants able to commit to such hours. Flexible start and end times. In addition to English language proficiency, ability to speak Farsi, Mandarin or other languages is a plus as well. CBMD certification is also a plus, but applicants not trained in BMD are encouraged to apply as well. Qualifications: * Completion of post secondary diploma from recognized Canadian institution * Current registration and good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO) * Must hold valid Liability Insurance * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in working with RIS/PACS Systems * Ability to perform safe operation of equipment, including maintenance and quality control procedures. * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment using excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize duties. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with patients, staff, and Radiologists.
