MJAJ Hospitality is seeking skilled and dedicated Executive Assistants to join our team to provide administrative support to the business owners. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the administrative tasks and supporting the owners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, reports and presentations, responding to emails and inquiries, conducting site and outlet visits, and performing other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and arrangements for Business Owners, including managing incoming communication.
* Organize and maintain files and records.
* Manage daily admin operations and maintenance of equipment.
* Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
* Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
* Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
* Foster positive relationships and maintain effective communication with staff, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
* Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
