*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Architectural Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation of architectural designs and technical drawings using various software tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in the field of architecture. *Duties* * Generate technical information with minimal guidance and supervision * Communicate with trade partners, developer partners, internal departments, and the City of Calgary. * Work as part of a team to produce working drawings on a variety of projects. * Design knowledge and experience an asset. *Qualifications* * Experience in the home building industry an asset. * Experience in AutoCad an asset. * Ability to conceptualize structural and architectural details in three dimensions * Ability to interact with other industry professionals, associated trades and industry authorities * Commitment to customer service and technical excellence * Self motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills * Well organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment. *About Us * We are a prominent large volume homebuilder with a rich 62-year legacy of crafting quality homes and fostering enduring relationships.
