*Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of HR management experience to lead and support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance. This role will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining our company culture, ensuring the development and well-being of our employees.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Lead employee relations efforts, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
* Ensure legal compliance with federal, provincial, and local HR regulations and employment laws.
* Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and provide career development paths for employees.
* Develop and oversee employee training and development programs.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
* Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and enhance employee engagement.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
* Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
