This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive at AGS. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. This role is based in Fredericton, NB, with flexibility for remote work.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Atlantic Growth Solutions' client and identify how our solutions meet the needs of customers.Generate leads and build relationships and bring customers through the sales cycle.Perform demos, answer questions, and follow up with customers to establish next stepsManage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.Utilizing various sales tools (Hubspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.), cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate new sales opportunities.Negotiate and close contracts.Report to sales development leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly results.QualificationsSales Strategy, Business Development, and Relationship Management skillsProspecting, Negotiation, and Closing skillsExperience in consultative selling and account managementStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyKnowledge of CRM softwareOther InformationAtlantic Growth Solutions (AGS) works with companies in all industries to drive sustainable repeatable growth by applying expertise, rigor, and focus to sales, marketing, and business development.
