Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Dusty. Noisy. Tasks: Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Read blueprints and drawings. Recommend personnel actions. Requisition materials and supplies. Supervise workers and projects. Train or arrange for training. Supervision: 5-10 people. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Overtime required. Tight deadlines. Work under pressure. Own tools/equipment: Hard hat. Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Accurate. Excellent oral communication. Team player. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
