Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements. Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation. Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware. Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches. Resolve conflict situations. Robotic process automation.
