Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Viticulture. Wet/damp. Dusty. Hot. All weather conditions. Dirty. Tasks: Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Tie and secure plants. Harvest crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Train workers in duties and policies. Type of crops: Grapes. Vineyard. Equipment and machinery experience: Tractor. Hand tools. Area of work experience: Reports and records. Automated systems experience: Automated irrigation system. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling.
