Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar. Clean bar area and wash glassware. Advise on wine selection. Store beverage and food products. Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. Security and safety: Bondable.
