Advise on menu selections. Balance cash and record sales. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware. Serve food and beverages. Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food and beverage server trade certificate. Food and Beverage Server Training.
