Job details
Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures. Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports. Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings. Conduct research. Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems. Assist in conducting field research and surveys to collect data and samples. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Computer and technology knowledge: MS PowerPoint. MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS Word. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
