Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Oversee payroll administration. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Organized. Team player. Client focus.
