Job Title: Immigration Consultant
*Job Responsibilities of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) at Innotech College:*
*Provide Expert Immigration Advice:* As an RCIC at Innotech College, your primary responsibility is to provide expert immigration advice to prospective students and employees. This includes assessing their eligibility for study permits, work permits, permanent residency (PR), and various immigration programs offered by the Canadian government. You will explain the requirements and recommend the most suitable options based on their specific circumstances and educational or employment goals.
*Prepare and Review Immigration Applications:* You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing immigration applications for international students and employees seeking to study or work at Innotech College. This involves ensuring all applications are accurate, complete, and comply with relevant immigration laws and regulations. You will compile supporting documentation, complete forms, and submit applications to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on behalf of clients.
*Assist with LMIA, Work Permits, and Express Entry:* Guide clients through the process of obtaining Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), work permits, and navigating the Express Entry system for economic immigration programs. Provide comprehensive advice on eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures tailored to their career aspirations and employment opportunities at Innotech College.
*Support Family Sponsorship and Visitor Visas:* Assist clients with sponsoring their spouses, common-law partners, dependent children, or parents for permanent residency through Family Class sponsorship programs. Provide guidance on visitor visas, super visas for parents and grandparents, and facilitate the application process to reunite families and support family members visiting or residing in Canada.
*Navigate Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs):* Advise clients on Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) such as the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), and other regional immigration pathways. Assist with eligibility assessments, application preparation, and submission to provincial authorities to facilitate permanent residency under provincial nomination streams.
*Maintain Client Confidentiality and Ethical Standards:* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics in all client interactions and immigration-related activities at Innotech College. Ensure compliance with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) Code of Professional Ethics and Guidelines.
*Provide Exceptional Customer Service:* Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients, promptly responding to their inquiries and concerns, and guiding them through each stage of the immigration process. Strive to exceed client expectations and ensure a positive experience with Innotech College.
*Document Management:* Maintain accurate and organized records of client information, applications, and correspondence related to immigration matters at Innotech College. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping to facilitate efficient case management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Stay Updated on Immigration Policies and Regulations:* Stay informed about the latest developments in Canadian immigration policies, laws, and regulations that impact international students and employees. Continuously update your knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date advice and guidance to clients of Innotech College.
*Collaborate with Team Members:* Collaborate effectively with other team members at Innotech College, including admissions officers, international student advisors, and administrative staff. Ensure seamless coordination and communication to provide comprehensive immigration services and support to
