F&M Installations Ltd (FMI) is an general contracting company which specializes in industrial, substation, and power generation work. We consider ourselves to be a leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor within the civil industry. We service Western Canada, executing construction projects in British Columbia, Yukon Territory, Alberta, and Manitoba.

You will be able to demonstrate management of multiple priorities and being able to shift between priorities throughout completion of tasks. You will have an interest in how things work and how things are built. You will be able to think outside of the box to support office and field activities and be comfortable speaking to vendors and employees.
*Responsibilities:*
Reporting to the Accounting Lead, the Accounts Receivable clerk will provide support as follows:
* Complete AR related tasks and responsibilities
* Assist with general administrative duties
* Assisting in month end reporting and reconciliations
* Managing a high volume and dynamic working environment
* Miscellaneous tasks to support month end, as directed and required
* Supporting in training and educating on the AR process
*Qualifications:*
* Reliable transportation is a must (the office it not connected to public transit)
* Administrative certificate
* Highly organized and able to multi task effectively
* Self motivated and detail oriented
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to take direction from a supervisor
* Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Accounting experience and some knowledge of Vista by Viewpoint, or Simply Accounting would be a plus
* Full cycle bookkeeping experience is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.40-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
