We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Responsible for sales growth for the brands we represent and the retailers we support within an assigned territory
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set targets
* Build and maintain relationships with clients across multiple brands.
* Conduct in-person visits and virtual/phone calls to clients and prospects to grow sales, provide product knowledge training and support client & customer needs.
* Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.
* Manage success metrics & collaborate with colleagues, marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts across all regions and identify new opportunities.
* Provide excellence in customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in a sales role, with a focus on both inside and outside sales activities.
* Experience working with agencies, distributors, and multiple brands.
* Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ismandatory.
* Familiarity with CRM systems for sales tracking and customer management.
* Background in Pharmacy CPG Sales is an asset.
* Understanding of performance-based industries and metrics.
* Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and relationship building.
*Benefits:*
* Base Salary of $48,000 to $60,000

* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed

* Vancouver, BC V5X 0A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
* AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
* Sales: 7 years (preferred)
* Outside sales: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC V5X 0A1
