Job Title: Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizing skills, as well as experience in customer service.
*Responsibilities:*
- Reception duties include answering phone calls, emails and serving walk-in customers.
- Schedule appointments for in-home estimates
- Schedule jobs
- Provide pricing and quotes using software programs
- Ordering windows and doors
- A/R: Invoicing and taking payments
- Filing
- Serve as a liaison between the office and outside vendors and contractors
- Monitor office supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by owner
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
