Customer & Technical Support Representative Our client in the printing industry is seeking two dedicated Customer & Technical Support Representatives to provide superior remote hardware, software, and network technical support. This role is critical in ensuring customers and partners receive prompt and professional service, reflecting the premium standards associated with our client's brand. Based on performance, this position offers the potential for permanent hire and career growth. What is in it for you: ? Hourly salary of $17.50. ? 12-month contract. ? Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week. ? Weekday schedule between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. ? On-site work in a dynamic environment. ? Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals. Responsibilities: ? Deliver exceptional customer experience using listening skills, empathy, and urgency. ? Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues using advanced tools (CareAR, remote desktop tools). ? Handle service concerns effectively, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction. ? Communicate proactively about the benefits of diagnosing and resolving issues remotely. ? Address customer escalations through negotiation and escalate urgent issues to the appropriate team when necessary. ? Contribute to knowledge systems to enhance customer support solutions. ? Execute processes unique to major account customers to ensure service level agreements are met. ? Provide feedback on policies and procedures to improve the customer experience continuously. ? Maintain comprehensive product and software knowledge. ? Represent our client to customers and partners in a friendly, professional, and ethical manner. What you will need to succeed: ? Post-secondary education is an asset. ? Technical support experience is an asset. ? Strong problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting technology issues such as Xbox, PlayStation, mobile devices, software, computers, printers, etc. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Critical thinking and decision-making skills. ? Effective multitasking abilities with attention to detail. ? Prior support center experience is not required. ? High level of achievement and self-motivation. Why Recruit Action?
