We are a busy Chartered Professional Accounting firm seeking a fulltime Receptionist to add to our administrative team in our Vancouver location.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills. We are looking for someone with a positive outgoing professional attitude. Being a team player is essential for working in our fast paced, paperless environment. As a Receptionist you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and the go-to person for the office.
*Required skills*:
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
* Diligent with details on all projects;
* Ability to be flexible and available to work overtime as required;
* Able to work in a confidential environment with complete discretion;
* Familiar with MS Office applications, Adobe PDF and general office equipment; and
* Effective communicator, a critical thinker, organized and enjoy working as a team
*Responsibilities*:
* Schedule and confirm appointments, greet clientele;
* Receive & record payments and perform other clerical duties;
* Coordinate with all staff and Partners to help get the required tasks completed;
* Preparing documents, filing, scanning; and
* Reception with a multi-line telephone system
