Ever Presence Haven is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Administrative Manager to join our esteemed Lethbridge Head Office team. The Administrative Manager will conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic growth plans within the healthcare industry. They will oversee office operations, administer information and privacy policies, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while collaborating with senior management on strategic business development. Additionally, they will manage performance tracking, lead generation, and budgetary operations to support the company?s objectives and client satisfaction.
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
* *Market Research and Analysis:*
* Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape within the healthcare industry.
* Analyze market data to formulate strategic growth plans and business development initiatives.
* *Operations Management:*
* Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures.
* Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
* *Relationship Management:*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
* Manage ongoing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* *Strategic Planning:*
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with the company's objectives in the healthcare industry.
* Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions that can drive growth and enhance the company's value proposition.
* *Lead Generation and Prospecting:*
* Identify and engage potential clients and partners through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, industry conferences, and social media.
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients within the healthcare sector.
* *Regulatory and Compliance Awareness:*
* Stay informed about healthcare regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements that impact business development activities.
* Ensure all business development activities adhere to relevant healthcare laws and regulations.
* *Performance Tracking:*
* Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and outcomes using CRM software and other tools.
* Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
* *Project Management:*
* Lead multiple project teams simultaneously through entire project cycles.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
* *Budget Management:*
* Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, and project planning and management processes.
* Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
