*Are you looking to work with a passionate healthcare team? *
We are looking for a permanent part-time Office Administrator to join our busy multidisciplinary Health Clinic. Our team is looking for a friendly, reliable, motivated person to help assist in the administrative activities of the office. This role is responsible for coordinating office services and all related activities to ensure everything is operating efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, be focused, and multitasker.
*Responsibilities:*
- Welcome everyone to the clinic with sincerity and enthusiasm
-Helping to manage the daily administrative operations
- Keeping a clean and organized workplace and executing all client engagement
-Take direction from the Clinic Owner and Office Manager in regards to priorities and deadlines
-Client retention-encourage bookings, cancellation list as well as visit reminders
-Provide ongoing support to all Practitioners
*Requirements:*
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-Presentable and mannerly
-Punctual
-Knowledge of the services provided by OMWC or willing to learn and be treated
-Good computer aptitudes/skills with knowledge of Mac
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 ? 15 per week
