Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HRIS systems.
Duties:
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Targeted Selection: Conduct thorough selection processes to ensure the best fit for each role. Making sure that the candidate is Job and organizational fit.
* Manage the local and international recruitment and selection process
* Oversee payroll and benefits administration
* Compensation and Remuneration: Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair practices.
* Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
* Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies
* Utilize HRIS systems for data management and reporting
* Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning
* Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
* Workplace Safety: Promote and manage workplace safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment.
* Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on Ontario workforce regulations and ensure company compliance.
Qualifications:
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.-
* In-depth knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR sourcing
* Experience with HRIS systems
* Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
