*We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, self-motivated business development professional with a proven track record of results. The successful candidate should be:*
* Actively pursuing and performing client lead generation, personal meeting, cold calling, email marketing, lead nurturing, lead validating, and lead closing.
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with potential clients via personal meetings, phone, emails, social media platforms for generating new leads as well as maintaining rapport with existing clients with a timely understanding of their needs.
* Maintain and update sales master list for tracking the business lead progress & prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the management.
* Ensure set sales targets are achieved in due time and provide management feedback on opportunities, sales pipeline, and any revenue forecast.
* Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
* Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline and tracking progress and performance in a CRM system.
* Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently.
* One year of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
* Conducting market research to identify current trends, customer needs, and competition.
* Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
* Demonstrated and proven sales results.
* Perform other administrative duties as required.
* Preferably a bachelor?s degree with 2+ years of progressive sales experience in the Healthcare Industry.

*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and develop effective solutions.

Salary: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
