MEP Brothers, is searching for an Account Manager of Outside Sales, to join their location in Winnipeg, MB.
MEP Brothers strives to efficiently improve customer productivity with innovative industrial solutions, while providing employee growth and opportunity. We serve a diverse market portfolio including petrochemical, oil/gas, food & beverage, OE equipment, marine, MRO, construction, rental supply, power generation and mining. We do this with a robust line of fluid power, hose & fittings, belts, seals & gaskets, pneumatic and automation products, and services.
*Summary of Responsibilities:*
The Account Manager is responsible for sales, market penetration, and market growth. Accountable for retention, development, and customer satisfaction of existing and new accounts, in a specified territory.
*Job Duties Include: *
* Increase sales of components, systems, and service capabilities within target accounts
* Identify and develop new markets and customers
* Must maintain good working relationship with Engineering, Purchasing, Management, and all aspects of the Customer
* Apply sales strategies for continued growth
* Maintain and Utilize Key Tools; Pipeline, Open Order Reports, Driving Logs, etc.
* Recognize a need and promote products and solutions to current and new customers
* Follow-up on all account activities to ensure order accuracy and timelines of completion to customer satisfactions. Apprise supervisor when involved with resolving critical customer satisfaction issues
* Attend and participate in Vendor and DFP training and sales meetings
* Maintaining accurate records of customer information, i.e., contacts, project files, competition, etc.
*Required Skills/Qualifications:*
* Professional work experience or Internship experience in sales, marketing and account management
* Experience working with Client Relationship Management (CRM) programs
* Industrial experience and familiarity
* Experience articulating technical detailed processes and integrations with customers who are both tech-savvy and non-technical
* Passion for sales and a self-driven sense of motivation, experience building territory
*Preferred Skills/Qualifications:*
* Basic knowledge or background experience in sales of pressure washers, detergents
* Previous experience as a Field Service Technician
* Familiarity/knowledge or previous working experience in Fluid Power
* Familiarity/ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Fluid Power Certification
* HVAC Tech School certification
*Compensation:*
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus commission
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
