_*The Opportunity:*_
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.
_*Main Responsibilities including but not limited to:*_
* Assisting with recruitment, selection, and onboarding
* Assisting with Worker?s Compensation, Disability and Benefit Administration
* Providing support with the annual performance management and salary review process
* Maintaining employee physical and electronic files
* Maintain open communication with managers by assisting in day-today issues
* Understanding and ensuring compliance with various corporate and legislative initiatives
* Assisting in the administration of group benefits
* Supporting in processing new hires, terminations, and personnel changes
* Working with ADP payroll system
* Generating payroll/HR reports as required
* Contributing to the accuracy and integrity of the payroll function within the company
_*Requirements:*_
* Minimum 1-2 years Payroll/HR experience
* Post-secondary education in Payroll/HR/Business Administration preferred
* Experience with ADP payroll system would be considered an asset
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and multi-task
* Able to work well independently and as a team
