Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access. MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. Electronic mail. Electronic scheduler. Internet. MS Windows.
