The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong background in restaurant management. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. - Train and supervise staff members in food preparation, service, and hygiene practices. - Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team. - Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability. - Maintain a clean and organized environment to meet health and safety standards. - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. - Collaborate with the management team to help facilitat marketing initiatives and promotional activities. \*\*Requirements:\*\* - Proven experience (2 years) as a Restaurant Supervision or similar role in the food service industry. - In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective customer and staff interactions. - Familiarity with inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Certification in food handling and sanitation is preferred.
