Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Help dieticians or nutritionists on planning nutrition program. Supervise food service operations. Plan menus and diet for individuals or groups under direction of dietition or nutritionist. Assist in supervising personnel who prepare and serve food. Help patients complete menus.
