Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Manage cash. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Support for Veterans: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Veterans. Support for Indigenous people: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers .
