Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes. Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC). Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products. Operate hoisting and lifting equipment. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CADD Course. CPR Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. Welder Trade Certification. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Pressure Welding Certification. Forklift Operator Certification. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Type of materials: Stainless steel. Steel, iron and heavy metals. Welding techniques: Boilers. Flux core arc welding (FCAW). Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) (TIG). Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW). Gas metal arc welding (GMAW). Equipment and machinery experience: Gas welding machine.
