DEPARTMENT: NB FASD Centre of ExcellenceANTICIPATED START DATE: 08 Jul 2024BARGAINING UNIT: CUPEJOB TYPE: Temporary part-timeSCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken EnglishNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:Provide extensive administrative support to various services and programs.REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education diploma (GED), plus an additional program in office management of over one year and up to two years or the equivalent; Two years' previous experience required; Proficiency with Microsoft 365; Ability to write or revise a wide range of documents in French and English; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Physical ability to perform the assigned work; Good work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
