*Key Responsibilities:*
Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative duties, such as managing calendars, answering phone calls, and maintaining organized filing systems.
Data Entry: Accurately input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems.
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating various projects by managing timelines, communicating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Event Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping.
