So if you?re looking to do what you love, we could be a perfect match.</p><br><p><span><strong>Your role</strong></span></p><ul> <li><span>Maintains Gate Person Systems and the overall appearance and standards of the yard and warehouse;</span></li> <li><span>Verifies all items leaving the yard;</span></li> <li><span>Performs routine re-stocking and housekeeping of yard and warehouse while providing exceptional customer service;</span></li> <li><span>Operates the gate in an efficient and friendly manner;</span></li> <li><span>Provides an exceptional level of customer service, internally and externally;</span></li> <li><span>Communicates in a professional manner with all yard staff;</span></li> <li><span>Directs customers to location of material, notifies Order Builders of customers requiring additional assistance;</span></li> <li><span>Maintains quality assurance and inspects all products prior to loading</span></li> <li><span>Assists with the loading of customer vehicles</span></li> <li><span>Upon customer?s exit, ensures customer?s paperwork is complete and quantities match receipt;</span></li> <li><span>Maintains quality assurance and inspects all products prior to loading;</span></li> <li><span>Monitors customer returns coming into yard, checking condition, ensuring payment and completing "return through warehouse" form in absence of Order Picker;</span></li> <li><span>Maintains warehouse, ensures area is well stocked, tidy and kept free of debris.</span></li> </ul><p><span><strong>The qualifications we are looking for :</strong><br></span></p><ul> <li><span>Position requires good communication skills to deal effectively with customers<br></span></li> <li><span>Good physical condition.<br></span></li> <li><span>Ability to work in a team.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work outdoors, tolerance to cold and heat.</span></li> </ul><p><span>RONA is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion.
