Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work site environment: Odours. Wet/damp. Hot. Work setting: Cafeteria. Food service establishment. Coffee shop. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Supervision: 5-10 people.
