Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Certification with provincial or territorial authorities. Cuisine specialties: Halal. Equipment and machinery experience: Band saw. Power grinder. Sausage machine. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods. Attention to detail. Handling heavy loads. Personal suitability: Dependability.
