Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Apply the technique of hoeing between the row. Clear fields of wood and stones. Supervision: More than 20 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Overtime required.
