The Office Administrator formally reports to the Director of Operations and the President.
This role will be required to perform confidential accounting and administrative functions with discretion and diplomacy.
The Office Administrator has the following specific roles and responsibilities:
*Office Administrator*
Receive and process all applicable paperwork from our work locations
Produce a variety of confidential documents for the Director of Operations (finances, weekly and monthly reports etc.)
Review adequacy of Insurance on company assets
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
*Required Experience and Qualifications*
* Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
* Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of data, and administrative management practices and procedures
* Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
* Experience in the construction industry would be a strong asset
* Post-secondary education in a relevant program (at least one (1) year program) preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Hanwell, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
