Position Summary As the Lead, Resource Planner IT PMO, you will report to the Director, Office of IT PMO, and be responsible to oversee the global resource planning based on priories and capacity, supporting HUB PMO Directors and Project Managers. Main Responsibilities: The Lead, Resource Planner of IT PMO is responsible for: + Resource Management: Ensure effective resource allocation and capacity planning according to their skillsets, pervious experience, and availability to optimize project deliverables. + Ownership of resource planning tool(s), design, implementation, and maintenance of the tool(s). + Monitoring day-to-day project activities, workloads and corresponding resourcing. + Manage resource conflicts. + Knowing all the current and upcoming projects and business- LocationMontréal, QC
