Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Train seed cutting techniques to farm labourers . Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Maintain financial and production records. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
