Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff. Establish administrative procedures. Manage the operations and activities of social and community centres, correctional facilities and detention centres. Resolve conflict situations. Coaching. Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches. Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments.
