We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.Description:Consumer Service Technicians are employees whose primary responsibilities are the installation, maintenance and repair of services provided to residential and small business customers. May perform installation, maintenance, repair and coin collection of payphone services.Education Requirements:A High School Graduation Certificate combined with one (1) year of completed post secondary education at a recognized learning institution in good academic standing.OR A High School Graduation Certificate combined with:One (1) year of continuous related field work experience as a technician in a communications technology firm/departmentOr one (1) year experience in a skilled trades positionAbility Requirements of the PositionPhysical:Climb poles on a daily basis (using ladders, spurs and other tools)Good color visionLift heavy equipmentWork effectively aloftSkills/Knowledge:Communication skills - verbal and writtenComputer skills - Email: Outlook and MSN, Intranet/Internet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft WordCustomer service skillsDealing with ambiguityProblem solving skillsOther:Successful completion of physical abilities test (as per job demands matrix) may be a requirement of the jobFlying in helicopters and fixed wing aircraft to remote locations and oil rigs may be a requirementTravel using various modes of transportation in all kinds of weatherValid Driver's LicensePreferred Qualifications:A passion for customer serviceHigh manual dexterity, able to work with variety of hand toolsHaving a strong interest in technologyExperience in sales or customer serviceAgility and ability to adapt in a changing environmentTo facilitate the process, please attach your transcripts and diplomas to your application#EmployeeReferralProgramBilinguisme requisAdditional Information:Position Type: Union Job Status: Regular - Full Time Job Location: Canada : New Brunswick : Shippagan Work Arrangement: Full-time in office (meaning that you will be required to perform your work on-site)Application Deadline: 06/15/2024 For work arrangements that are 'Hybrid', successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
