Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Manager to join our team. As a Procurement Manager, this role will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing department's operations and ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services essential for our business operations. They will play a critical role in optimizing our procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining inventory levels while adhering to budgetary constraints and quality standards. This is a global role.

*Job Duties*
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Analyze market trends, evaluate suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements. Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes.
* Streamline procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and automation tools where applicable.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet operational needs. Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
* Develop procurement budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints. Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Ensure procurement activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Mitigate procurement-related risks and implement measures to enhance compliance and transparency.
* Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Other duties as assigned and required.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in administration or supply chain management.
* Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
* In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and techniques.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive favourable outcomes in supplier negotiations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in procurement software and CRM systems.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
* Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
