Suki's is currently hiring a Front Desk Manager for our Downtown location!
A successful candidate should have a passion for customer service and a natural talent for leadership. As a Front Desk Manager, you will lead a dynamic team with the goal of delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will play a pivotal role in the flawless execution of quality management, identifying opportunities to lead the continual improvement of quality standards.

Responsibilities:
* Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential
* Establish and maintain the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results
* Employee performance management, conducting weekly check-ins and biannual reviews
* Resolution of staff and guest challenges in a timely and professional manner
* Developing staff schedules to meet the needs of salon volume
* Keyholder duties, including opening and closing procedures
* Coordinating appointments for guests and maintain schedules for +30 service providers
* Overseeing daily safety and sanitization checklists
* Taking care of the salon appearance and overseeing your section
* Sales, including retail and service
* Communicating with guests and colleagues through e-mail, phone, and social media channels
* Working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
* Cash handling and cashier duties
* Providing excellent customer service including concierge duties for guests
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum 3/years front desk experience, 1/year managerial experience
* A commitment to learn, apply, and champion Suki's principles and policies
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Strong people and coaching skills
* Proven leadership skills to make sound and timely decisions
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a diverse group of individuals and guests
* Understanding of social media platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
