Assignment:<p> Part-time 0.50 FTE Educational Assistant position<p> Duties to commence as soon as possible and continue for the remainder of the 2023/2024 school year<p> Working with students in an individual and classroom setting Qualifications and/or Assets:<p> Experience working with students with complex needs would be considered an asset<p> Excellent oral and written communication skills<p> Background and/or experience with academic or behavioral needs <p> Ability to work one on one with a student in an inclusive environment<p> Experience working in an Early Years Education setting would be considered an asset <p> Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality <p> Flexibility to work in a variety of programs <p> Willingness to work in an active, team-orientated learning environment<p> Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion and patience Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant would be considered an assetApplication: <p>*Applications for this employment opportunity are preferred via email.
