Position: Administrative Assistant @ King George School<p>Date Posted: April 26, 2024<p>Closing Date: May 3, 2024<p>Location: King George School <p> CUPE Posting Number: 14-2024-2025 <p> Position Type: Permanent<p>Start Date: August 22, 2024<p>FTE: .50 <p> Hours of Work: 3.5 hours per day <p>Duties: The Administrative Assistant provides a variety of general administrative and clerical services in the main office in the school. <p>Education & Qualifications: A minimum of one (1) year post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration or office administration<p> A minimum of one (1) year administrative assistant experience<p> An intermediate proficiency level of bookkeeping<p> A minimum keyboarding speed of 45 words per minute (w.p.m.)<p> A working knowledge of computers and Microsoft applications of Excel, Outlook and WordWage & Benefits: In accordance with the current CUPE Local 5512 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
