Maintain prescription records . Record test results and medications given by ophthalmologists. Maintain supplies. Perform general clerical duties. Process files and paperwork. Schedule and confirm appointments. Take patients' general medical and ophthalmic history. Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments.
