Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 3-4 people. Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youths. Support for Veterans: Supports Veterans in translating their military skills and experience into the language of the civilian job market .
