Dangerous goods occurrence reports. Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip). Trip reports. Type of trucking and equipment: Stone slinger. Concrete mixing. Straight truck (4,600kg+ or 10,000lbs+ with 3+ axles). Specialization or experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge. Security and safety: Valid passport. Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Drug test. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
